Just a bit about me...

I am a web developer and graphic designer based in San Antonio, Texas. I earned a Bachelor of Science Degree in Mass Communication, a Minor in Business Administration, and a Concentration in Digital and Online Media from Texas State University. I have been coding, building websites, and making ads for six years. As a strategic and creative person, I am passionate about building the digital infrastructure to showcase new and small businesses. Among this includes expertly crafting impactful logos, persuasive ads, and building a dynamic website presence. I am proud to see my work featured in print an digital media, but most importantly, fortunate to help small business owners get their products and services recognized.

Texas State University, where I enrolled in an elective course for web design and fell in love with coding and designing graphics. My educational experience quickly expanded beyond the classroom, and I worked as an account executive for Texas State's student-run newspaper,The University Star. My duties included designing print and digital advertisements for publication in the newspaper and accompanying website. Our clients included a diverse range of businesses and organizations, a few of which were; Austin’s Reggae Festival, ReStore Comal Habitat for Humanity, and PPD Austin Research.

More about my experience...

A key component of my undergraduate education included creating ad campaigns and media proposals for HP, Tequila 512, and Whole Foods Market. Working on projects that reflected the duties and expectations of my discipline provided the tools and skill set I needed in order to thrive in professional settings like marketing, graphic design, and web development.
